Helping Our Community

YHB takes pride in serving our communities. Thousands of volunteer hours have been donated to meet community service needs throughout the region. Our commitment started with our founding members and is engrained in the message we share with all of our staff. As part of our service, a “Community Service Day” is incorporated in our annual summer internship. Habitat for Humanity has been the primary focus of our internship program. Our summer interns and staff have donated time doing everything from painting to erecting walls to laying shingles. This year our team volunteered at two sites: Winchester and Richmond – The Pillars At Oakmont. Our volunteer teams have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and have walked away with a better understanding of our firm values and commitment to community.
