David M. Frazier CPA, CBA Principal David Frazier has been with YHB since 1982, and serves on the firm’s board of directors as a leadership team member. David specializes in audit and tax services for financial institutions, including public companies that file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Based in the firm’s Winchester office, David is a Certified Bank Auditor, and is an active member in VSCPA, AICPA and the National Society of Certified Bank Auditors. David earned a B.S. in accounting and economics from Shepherd University. |
